FOUNDATIONS is my 4 week signature program designed to for women specifically. It contains all the fundamental information and tools I share with all women in our during our first 2-3 consultations – for the price of a consult.

    Optimise the power of your circadian rhythm. It’s powerful. Learn how to start and end the day right . Sleep better, wake better and have more energy.

  • Week Three: Movement

    All my favourite movement resources and how you can get started in a way that suits you.

  • Week Four: Nervous System Deep Reset

    The ‘puppet master’ aka nervous system is the boss of it all! We look at the gut brain axis and the gut/hormones influence. Lean how to achieve a deeply rested nervous system
