Online Naturopathic Consultations
So how does it work?
Start by booking an online consultation through the bookings page
Once the appointment has been booked you will receive a confirmation email containing an intake form to complete
The email will also contain a meeting link for our private consultation video call (Zoom)
At the time of the appointment, just open that meeting link from the consultation email and the consultation will begin!
The duration of the initial consultation is 60-75 minutes. Return consultations are 30-40 minutes in length.
How will treatment work?
At the end of the consultation a full treatment plan is typed and emailed to you within 24 hours and will include your natural medicine prescription, dosages, dietary recommendations, lifestyle suggestions and referrals for testing if required.
You will also receive a second email from my online dispensary if natural medicines are prescribed.
Every treatment plan is unique to you and designed to help you achieve your goals
Follow up consultation times are generally 4-5weeks.
Consultation FAQs
How do you dispense the herbs and other medicines?
I use an online prescription service called Vitaly, or Natural Chemist. You will receive a link with the treatment plan to this portal and here you can manage your own purchases and repeats. Upon ordering this usually take 1-3 working days for delivery (in urban areas, could be longer if you are further out).
What is the investment and how do I pay?

I will take payment at the end of our consultation by entering your card details into Stripe (secure online payment platform), unless already paid upfront.. You will receive your receipt with your treatment plan.
The cost of your prescription products varies as each prescription is unique.
What if I have other questions or prefer to have a quick chat before coming to a full consultation?
I offer free 10 minute Discovery Calls which you can book by clicking the button below. This gives us a chance to meet and have a quick chat about your goals and to make sure I am the best practitioner for you!
